According to ed-tech firm Imarticus, the programme will focus on optimising HR processes and improving organisational performance. Inter-ested and qualified candidates should register at imarticus.org/certification-program-in-human-resource-manage-ment-and-analytics-iit-roorkee/.The programme will last six months and will include 100 hours of live training that will cover both theoretical con-cepts and practicals. Students will have the opportunity to interact with IIT faculty during weekend live sessions. The course will begin in October with 40 students in each batch. The course costs Rs 1 lakh plus GST.The curriculum will cover three or more tools, allowing students to gain proficiency in statistical tools like Excel as well as advanced machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis.Participants will also work on eight or more real-world case studies, which will help them apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Participants will also have the oppor-tunity to visit the institute and faculty while building their network on campus.The course is a fusion of HR management practices and data-driven decision making, this aims to gather insights from HR data to drive decision making and improve organi-sational performance.
