We not only offer top quality education to our students, but we also incorporate values and character in our teaching so that our students can make an impact in the real challenging world. To achieve this goal, we provide state-of-the-art infrastructure to our students with the best resources possible for their holistic development. Also, being located in Hyderabad, gives us enough traction to attract the best experts in the engineering domain and bring them as resource persons so that our students are exposed to better practical education. At Stanley, meticulous and intense care is taken to bridge the prevalent industry-academia gaps through our curriculum".

A Doorway to Holistic Experience

Affiliated to the prestigious century old Osmania University, Hyderabad and having been approved by AICTE, New Delhi and permitted by the Government of Telangana, Stanley College of Engineering and Technology for Women has been sanctioned six UG courses - Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and three PG courses M.Tech in CSE, M.E in Embedded systems and Masters Degree in Business Administration. Stanley believes in providing a quality and holistic engineering education through a combination of experienced faculty, innovative programs and course work, and industry and institute collaboration in providing research and employment opportunities on campus. To add to this, the college is driven by a brilliant team of faculty having an unparalleled reputation for balancing excellence in their fields with a dedication to their teaching.

"Our Institute is affiliated to Osmania University and we became autonomous last year. Even though we partially follow the curriculum provided by the University, we do rope in experts from the core engineering domain to offer our students practical training. Theoretical knowledge is important but at the same time practical and application skills are also crucial for students to succeed in the modern day. We inculcate a more practical approach through both minor and major projects. We also have tie-ups with some of the best companies in Hyderabad so that our students get more practical exposure", speaks Principal, Dr. Satya Prasad Lanka.

The college was established with the support of Methodist Church of India, that has been gracious and instrumental in making the vision of a Women's Engineering College on more than a century old Stanley campus a reality. Providing a serene and tranquil environment to the students, the college also helps in boosting intellectual potential of learners while preparing them in all aspects to face the cut-throat global competition with a confident smile on the face. Highlighting upon the infrastructural amenities and the quality of the faculty, the Principal, Dr. Satya Prasad Lanka shares, "We at Stanley seek to serve the state, nation, and the world by creating knowledge, preparing students for lives of impact, and addressing critical societal needs through the transfer and application of knowledge. We have some of the best labs in the region and owing to the quality of our equipment, our labs of CSE and ECE departments have even been certified by the Osmania University for research purposes as well. When it comes to our faculty, we follow a mentor-mentee system, and all the students are divided into groups and are assigned to mentors. This mentor will constantly be in touch with the students, interact with them regularly, understand their grievances, address their issues, and guide them so that they can realize their true potential. We don't believe in `a one size fits all' approach and due to this reason, we make sure that each student's needs are addressed individually. Recently, we have also added the fourth-year students into this mentor-mentee system which enables the seniors to guide the juniors through their own experience".
