She has studied M.Com from Osmania University. She has 15 years of teaching experience and 8 years of research experience. Her core competencies include people management, knowledge based application and articulation of skills, effective pedagogy, coaching and mentoring. Her research areas include Entrepreneurship, Small and Medium Enterprises, Micro credit, and Women's empowerment. She brings with her, 5 years of Industry experience in Marketing research and Human Resource Development. She is a Member, Board of Studies, Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Prashanthi Nilayam. She has conducted various MDPs and FDPs and been a resource person for Time Management, Motivation, Emotional intelligence, Transactional analysis, FIRO-B exercise for bank officials, junior engineers of JSW Steels Limited, Consultancy and training services provided for KMC constructions and junior and senior level engineers on competency mapping and on key skill areas.
