About:

The Keystone Group of Institutions is promoted by a group of NRIs with vast technical expertise acquired through their education in the top U.S. colleges /universities and years of work experience in senior leadership roles and exposure in global corporate giants like American Express, Interpublic Group, JP Morgan Chase, Nokia Siemens. The promoters after spending more than 15 Years in the U. S. decided to return to their mother land and to contribute to INDIA RISING at the grass roots level with a mission to transform the experience in higher education! The corporate and global experience of founders has helped the institute in developing a unique approach to run an engineering and management institution.

Focus On Providing World Class Infrastructure:

Keystone Group has built a modern, eco-friendly, fully networked hi-tech campus with aesthetically designed buildings. The campus provides the right ambience and atmosphere for intellectual stimulation. The heart of the campus is its main academic building which houses an extensive library with over 15,000 books, e-journals and national and international journals. The world class infrastructure in the form of stepped-lecture theatres, well equipped labs, facilitate teaching-learning processes that would fascinate and delight students, faculty, corporate visitors, and parents.

Keystone believes in giving its students a first-hand experience of engineering discipline through its heavy investments in laboratories and equipments! Keystone is proudly boasts of some of the most modern and expensive equipments and laboratories at its campus, where students have to undergo rigorous practical trainings to become industry ready.

Industry Oriented Pedagogy:

As the decision makers of the institute are well aware of the needs of the industry, they have created a unique pedagogy, which is more focused on the industry-oriented knowledge transfer. The institute has signed up with several corporate companies to give proper training to the students. Huawei andOracle, are few big names among them who are offering training and internship for the students during the time of their studies. Students can sign up for the company's live projects as a trainee and acquire a wide spectrum of knowledge on the workings of the practical industry before they step out to start their careers. The traditional university curriculum does not enforce the students to take part in any such modes of learning processes, but the management of Keystone has made these practices mandatory and received the desired output.

Did you know?

Decrease in attendance with increase in seniority is a usual phenomenon among engineering graduates and it is continuing as incurable disease in most colleges. However, at Keystone campus the wind is blowing in the opposite direction as the average attendance of final year students is over 85 percent. The institute achieved this by going out of the box with a series of interactive training programs other than the usual lectures every day. The management has recruited specialized trainers from armed forces and airhostess training academies to develop the overall personality of the students. The first half of the academic day is always belongs to these training programs inside the campus and it is a mandatory process. This not only helps the students in developing their EQ skills, but also motivates them to attend these programs as these are a far cry from the regular classroom lessons.

Placement:

The uniqueness of pedagogy that has narrowed the gap between industry and academia along with corporate connection of core management made industry people regular visitors of the Keystone campus. An active placement department makes sure that none of the eligible candidates is missing out any of the placement opportunities by inviting companies to the campus recurrently.

Number of Companies that have recruited from Keystone this year: 22
