The brainchild of HH Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji of the JIVA Trust, philanthropist Dr. Rameswar Rao Jupally, and Dr. Pavuluri Krishna Chaudhary, JIMS Hospital was established in the year 2013 to address the desperate need for healthcare services in an underdeveloped region with poor transportation and no medical facilities within a 20 to 30-kilometer radius. This initiative aimed to provide accessible healthcare to the needy and underprivileged communities. JIMS Hospital has seen over 1 million patients from 165 locations over its 10 years of operation. Additionally, JIMS has served more than 3 lakh outreach beneficiaries.
Recognizing the need for holistic healthcare education, Dr. Pavuluri Krishna Chaudhary spearheaded the establishment of JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College in 2015, under the affiliation of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Andhra Pradesh. The college welcomed its inaugural batch the same year, marking the beginning of its educational journey. The college is currently affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana.
