The hunger to learn something new every day and to go beyond one's job description is something that will keep graduates competitive in the job market. Some jobs require you to have a certain skill set. However, it is important for candidates to fit in culturally in an organization and has the right ethic and attitude towards work. For any start up one of the toughest challenges is hiring. The first few people you bring on board go a long way in shaping and establishing your organisation's culture. Once that has happened, attracting more people with similar values and beliefs becomes a lot easier. Culture is everything and hence more than the skills. Most organizations across the board seek right mind set to take an organization from good to great.

The way organizations build their product might have seen hundreds of tweaks and improvements since day one. However, their core values and the way they hire people do not change. After all, we are where we are today because of the people we work with. Likewise, the companies will always look for like-minded people with strong cultural values to become a part of their extended family.

The on boarding process

The best trainings occur when you roll up your sleeves and learn on the job. However, those who join us get to learn and experience in first-hand what it took to start the organization and build the company and culture that we so pride ourselves in. We place a lot of importance on our on-boarding and induction procedures. These sessions are designed in a way that new employees interact with the core team and understand how we have evolved to where we are now and why we consider ourselves to have achieved only one percentage of what we want to. The sessions are not presentation or data-heavy, but are conducted in an informal Q&A format with the core team.

The people we have on board are eager to learn, coupled with a drive to get things done. Freshers have a great opportunity to work with and learn from some of the brightest people in the industry. The key concepts that we work on are ownership and responsibility. There is incredible growth potential for freshers and prospective candidates alike. Growth depends on the work one puts in and the energy that they bring to the table. The work environment is fast-paced, focused, and fun.
