"We are a practice based university and our focus is to make an impact in the Indian education sector with our innovative curriculum. We have drawn significant number of faculty members from the industry and many of them have global exposure," claims Dr. Swarup. JLU's bilateral partnerships with leading industries have helped them to grow along with present need. While, there are around 20+ partners including CIMA, I Carnegie, KPMG, RMIT, Monash University Melborne(Australia), University of Arts London etc who are helping in adding additional knowledge and unique experience, the university offers a truly global exposure to its students by working with some of the top international institutions around the world. At JLU, students can choose from full time degree courses in Management, Media & Communication, Banking, Finance, Law, Hospitality, Tourism, Commerce, Economics, Engineering & Technology, Education and Humanities & Arts at undergraduate, postgraduate and research level. Dr. Anoop Swarup, Vice Chancellor

Dr. Swarup is the Vice Chancellor of Jagran Lakecity University. He has authored many books and has been a visitor with Monash University, a speaker and resource person with Universities and Think Tanks in India and abroad. Dr. Swarup has more than 35 years of distinguished professional experience in diverse roles as a poet, peace activist, life scientist, futurist, social entrepreneur, civil servant and an educationist.

At its core, the IMP is a chance for participating students to step ahead of the pack. By meeting someone who is working in the area they are interested in, students will be able to gain valuable insight, which can help them make more informed career choices. This program is designed to inspire, motivate and educate students about employment opportunities pushing them to take a proactive approach to pursuing their vocation. The program will be conducted from the second year for students pursuing their undergraduate studies.
