To bridge the Gap between 'the industry need' and 'the students’ learning, institute has signed MOU with various companies like Amaze Technologies, Bizeal Technologies, Bulk SMS, Shriram Fortune, Prabhat Fertilizers, RND Experts and more.
They provide industrial training which ultimately helps learners to equip with latest techniques, skills, methodologies, and fulfilling the requirements of curriculum of management degree. These MOU signed companies makes efforts to keep the students under training updated regarding skills and knowledge and gaining real life experiences.
Every year EDP Cell of the institute organizes two weeks Entrepreneurship Awareness Program by MSME Development Institute, Karnal (Govt.Of India) with the ultimate objective to incorporate Entrepreneurial Skills in the candidates.
Students look forward to institutes that helps them with some form of placements. A lot of efforts are being made by the institute to make the students equip with the requisite Industry skills that help them to deliver in almost any roles.

To the meet the transforming criterion, over the last two decades, GNKITM has undergone drastic changes and improvements. Keeping in mind the Vision and Mission statements of institute, various structural changes were made over the years.
To improve skills of students and to make the students employable graduates, GNKITM in collaboration with AICTE in 2017-18, introduced three skill-based courses viz Data Entry Operator, Software Developer and Retail Sales Associates to offer comprehensive training and placement assistance to trained candidates. When Covid-19 hit the world, GNKITM, then implemented LMS support system for its students for effective teaching learning processes.
Institute organized a series of webinars, workshops and expert talks during the recent pandemic to give continuity to the learning process. “We work in tandem with the short to longterm progression plan and elaborate goals to develop the Institutions.
