Founded in 1949, Xavier School of Management, better known as XLRI, is acknowledged as the oldest management school in the country. The institute has a sprawling campus located in Jamshedpur with the scenic setting of the Dalma Hills in the North and the Tata Iron & Steel Company in the South.
