Studying the arts is essential to our society since they are a part of everyone�s cultural heritage. Arts is what makes us complete as people. Like maths or physics, it cannot be learned through sporadic or random exposure. Every student�s educational programme should include participation in the fine arts, which are an important aspect of the academic curriculum. Students are constantly searching for the best fine arts universities in India. Success or failure will depend on having the appropriate information at the right moment. Hence, understanding its importance, in this special issue, we have focused on this higher education landscape.
The cover story of this issue features VIVA Institute of Applied Art. Established in 2011, VIVA Institute of Applied Art has been well thought-out to produce proficient professionals, who can deliver to their maximum ability in the world of Communication Design/Art. Based on this thought, the seeds of this college were sown to nurture the creative aspects of student�s growth. The courses at the institute have been structured with a sense of responsibility to create aspiring Fine Artists in the field of Applied arts & Painting. The institute offers a full-fledged Bachelor of Fine Arts in applied arts & painting, a four year degree course affiliated to the University of Mumbai.
