An initiative by educational conglomerate Meghe Group of Institutions (MGI), ADCC Academy was established in 2007 to train students for different competitive and entrance examinations. Holding a prolonged heritage in education spectrum, MGI has till date founded more than 40 educational institutes consisting 35000+ students and 10,000+ employees serving in those. This history makes each institution under the organization's umbrella one of the most desired destinations for students across the country.

"In the present educational set up, students are not provided with extra classesadditional guidance and training in schools or colleges, which would lead them to lend up getting jobs through campus or admission into premiere institutes. Learners who are not blessed with good grasping power face difficulty in learning the concepts. Hence, to meet different requirement of the students of varied IQ, ADCC Academy is known for its customized programmes and contents. A dedicated team of in-house R&D in the institution puts their best to create contents after intense research. These contents are prepared considering varied abilities and interests of the students. "The R&D team of the institution is extremely hardworking and determined to bring out study materials which are not only customized but also accurate. Last year the academy's budget for R&D was over 1 crore,"shares Dr. Chhitij Raj.
Apart from the R&D team, the 60+ experienced and capable trainers from IITs, NITs, and premium universities of India render their guidance and structure teaching approach to the students of the academy. The trainers make sure that the teaching process is result oriented and proceed from easy to difficult level. They plan each topic methodically and time schedules to complete the modules, encouraging candidates to increase their knowledge and skills by taking regular classes.
However, under the shield of Meghe Group, the academy has been able to forge strategic alliances with the industry giants like Oracle, Dale Carnegie Training, Tata Technologies, Sri Chaitanya, American Heart Association and so on to provide their expertise. In the present time, the ADCC academy has its existence in four locations of Vidarbha viz. Nagpur, Akola, Amravati and Wardha. "With the vision to establish more training centres that helps to cater similar training needs across length and breadth of country, we are planning to set our offices in major cities in coming years," concludes Dr. Chhitij Raj.
