In recognition of the dire need for Industry-Academia Partnership for mutual benefit, the University is continuously pursuing its endeavor to have MoUs with leading industries. At the group level, ICFAI has partnered with IBM, Microsoft, SAS, SAP, iThink Software, Pega System and many more to equip students with skills that are in demand. "We have given utmost importance to placement-related activities and ensure that all successful students receive a job of their choice. In this context, we are uniquely placed to leverage on an industry network, developed over a period of time," claims Prof. A. K. Besides academics, the institute provides ample opportunities for exposing students to the industry by way of vigorous industry programs, live projects, industry visits, guest lectures by industry experts. The university also encourages students to take part in debates, paper presentations, internship programs, seminars, soft skills workshops and research projects, which creates an intellectually stimulating environment for the students. The entire placement exercise is a joint effort between the university and the students. While the university provides guidance, support, and networking with potential employers, the students have the responsibility to put in the maximum possible efforts to obtain suitable placements.

Dr. PBL Chaurasia has more than 43 years experience as administrator of University & Engineering College and vast Research & Development experience in the several fields. He has held several positions in various capacities in different countries. He supervised several research projects and guided more than 30 research students. His R & D work has been recognized & commercialized and gone to field level for the public adoption.
