But it is also mandatory that the aspirants need to qualify the examination conducted by the All India Bar council first, to acquire eligibility for their practice. After getting registered with All India Bar Council, they can choose to practice in any court across the country. However, it is mandatory that the aspirants should qualify the exam held by the Public Service Commission. The qualified candidates will be eligible to join the Air Force, Indian Army, and the Navy. They are also entitled to qulify the exams like HAS and IAS organized by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) or SPSC (State Public Service Commission) along with the option of becoming an Assistant Public Prosecution or Public Prosecutor.
