IIM Lucknow Partners with Emeritus for HR Leadership Development

As a transformative shift is undergone in the HR Landscape, driven by rapid digitalisation and evolving workforce expectations, the role of HR leaders has been expanded far beyond traditional boundaries. Today, the role of Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) is not just viewed as custodians of talent but as pivotal architects of organisational strategy and growth.

The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow), a premier business school ranked 4th among all B-schools in India according to the FT-100, has partnered with Emeritus to introduce its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) program.  In a same time with a unique focus on agility, digitalisation, and people- centric leadership, strategic tools are provided to equip HR leaders to drive transformation by this programme. According to the Top 5 Priorities for HR Leaders in 2025 report by Gartner, it is agreed by 87% of HR leaders agree that needs a HR transformation for Human resource management.
