The Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC) is a prestigious institution of the University of Delhi which was established in 1987. The institute located in the South Campus of The University of Delhi was one of the first institutions to introduce a three year Honors program in Journalism. The course which was started in 1989 aimed to provide qualified media professionals who would be able to glide through the accelerated face of media growth and development with ease.

The students studying at DCAC can work for a number of in - house printed magazines and tabloids such as Rhapsody - a quarterly magazine, The DCAC post, The DCAC inquirer - an annual amalgamation of current affairs and campus issues. Indian Institute of Journalism & New Media


Built in the year 2001 in Bangalore, the Indian Institute of Journalism and New Media (IIJNM) offers media aspirants the opportunity to pursue post graduate courses and become industry ready. The institution offers diplomas in print, web and TV journalism, with unique curricula developed under the guidance of Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. The institution has placed its students with leading media houses and publications in the world and has achieved 100 percent placement.

Apart from an ongoing student exchange program with the City University London, IIJNM has also tied-up with the United Press International University where students will be able to attend workshops and gain an internship like experience.
