Registrations Begin for JEE Advanced 2025 IIT Admissions
The online registrations for the JEE Advanced exam 2025 have begun, enabling admission to BTech and BArch courses for the 2025-26 academic year the 23 IITs in India. The registration window began on April 23, 2025, and will close on May 2, 2025. Of the nearly 250,236 students who qualified in two phases of JEE Main 2025, only the eligible students can apply online for the JEE Advanced exam. The application fee is Rs. 1,600 for SC, ST, Divyangjan and female candidates, while others will pay an application fee of Rs. 3,200.
The admit cards for the exam will be available from May 11 to 18, 2025, while the exams will take place on May 18, 2025. The first paper will be held from 9 am to 12 pm, and the second paper will take place from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
The NTA revealed that there were a total of 15.39 lakh candidates registered for JEE Main across the two phases, and 14.75 lakh appeared for the JEE Main exam, but only about 250000 scored at least the minimum qualifying marks.
All qualified candidates can also compete for seats available at any NIT, IIIT, GIFTI, etc., but may sit the IIT test for the admission in IIT.
