IIT BHU PG Admissions 2025: Last Date Extended, Get Full Details
IIT BHU has reopened the registration process for its MTech and MPharm programs until April 9, 2025. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and are qualified by the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 may submit their applications on the official website at pgadmission.iitbhu.ac.in.
To apply, the candidates must do the following:
- Go to the official website pgadmission.iitbhu.ac.in
- Register on the online portal or log in to the portal
- Complete the application form after selecting your program and personal details. Also upload photo and signature
- Enter the COAP Registration ID (only if applying for M.Tech Full-Time Regular category) and pay the application processing fees via the online payment portal
- Enter information about your academic record, GATE or GPAT or other qualifying examinations, and employment experience (if any)
- Save your info (to return later), then view the application, lock/submit application per instructions and download the PDF application version.
The official notification reads: "All fields in the online application form are mandatory. The portal will not accept incomplete or incorrectly filled forms. Please mention '-NA-' against fields that are not relevant to you, and '-Nil-' for fields for which you do not have any data. Save your entries by clicking the 'save' button provided at the bottom of the page after every entry to avoid any data loss."
Admission Fee:
Rs. 500 for candidates from the General category, OBC-Non Creamy Layer, and General-EWS category
Rs. 250 for candidates from the SC, ST, and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) category. This fee must be paid only through the online payment service and is non-refundable, which means it will not be refunded or reimbursed in any situation. Candidates who receive admission will be informed by email and through the admission portal.
Candidates must pay their academic fee online and send the e-receipt to the head or coordinator of the department they applied to by the specified date. If candidates want to withdraw from the admission process, they will be allowed to within the notified timeline and they will receive a refund after a specified penalty is deducted. However, once a candidate has physically registered for their course of study, there will be no refund, with the exception of caution money.
