IIIT Sri City Launches 3 Online Executive MTech Programs, No GATE Needed

The Indian Institute of Information Technology, IIIT, Sri City, has partnered with TeamLease EdTech to launch three advanced online executive MTech programs in VLSI, IoT and Autonomous Systems, and Cyber Security - addressing the existing gap for skilled professionals in the rapidly growing sectors of technology and bridging the demand-supply chasm in India's technology landscape.

The two-year MTech in VLSI Design nurtures aptitude in semiconductor technologies, digital and analog circuit design, and system-on-chip development with emphasis on low-power VLSI, nanoscale devices, and mixed-signal circuits that prepares students for careers in semiconductor manufacturing, chip design, and embedded systems.

The other is the MTech in Cyber Security, which provides in-depth knowledge about cryptography, ethical hacking, cloud security, and AI-driven threat detection, aiming to develop students for various professional career roles in enterprises, government, and critical infrastructure.

A curriculum that is developed with inputs from industry experts aims to be market relevant and delivers programs as live, interactive online classes through D2D format, enabling professionals scattered around India to access quality education.

Case studies, lab simulations, and project-based learning are planned for with practical applications, preparing students for real-life challenges readily. IIIT Sri City faculty and industry professionals will teach the courses providing an industry aligned and comprehensive learning experience.
