Huawei Unveils Digital Training 2.0 solutions for Smarter Education
Huawei launched its Digital Training 2.0 Solution at the Cultivating ICT Talent to Amplify Digital Education forum during MWC this year. The solution is aimed to help universities to cultivate better ICT talent, hence meeting talent requirements around the globe.
Huaweist John Feng stated that, "The era of the intelligent economy, according to the Vice President of Huawei and CEO of the Global Public Sector BU, is the force behind growth in digital productivity facilitated by intelligent technologies".
Annualy, Ramon Iriarte, Senior Education Specialist in UNESCO, and Soledad Patiño, Coordinator of the UNESCO Global Skills Academy, state that high-quality training for 300,000 students is provided through the ICT Academy in partnership with Huawei.
The Digital Training 2.0 Solution was introduced by Frank Huang, CTO of the Education Industry at Huawei Global Public Sector BU. This includes online courses for 22 technical directions and project management globally and the overseas training labs in 11 technical disciplines, such as AI, cloud computing, and big data.
In his speech, Professor Justin Mendes from Shenyang Institute of Technology provided a description on how the global industry-friendly college, built in cooperation with Huawei, explored an advanced talent cultivation pathway for students that led to their attainment of high-quality employment.
Huawei now introduces the "1+3" scenario-based solutions, which consists of Digital Training, Smart Classroom, Scientific Research Computing, and Smart Campus. These solutions have been collaborated in over 120 countries and regions, benefiting more than 7800 customers within the education industry.
Huawei seeks to strengthen alliances with worldwide partners to accelerate technology integration in education, creating a future where smart education enhances individual potential and promotes sustainable development.
