Axiom Space partners with GSSTI to expand Space Collaboration
Axiom Space, a distinguished pioneer in commercial space infrastructure, has, with Ghana Space Science and Technology Institute (GSSTI), officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop Ghana more toward positioning itself as a player on the global space scene while ensuring universal access to space.
This strategic partnership shall augment Ghana's position in the global space market and is aligned with the national space policy recently adopted by the country. This MoU focuses on key areas like innovation, human capital development, and the progress of space science and technology.
In this collaboration, GSSTI shall take advantage of Axiom Space's vast and worldwide experience in human spaceflight and cutting-edge technologies in supporting GSSTI initiatives and long-term vision.
Dr. Joseph Bremang Tandoh, Director of GSSTI, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, "This collaboration opens new frontiers for innovation and research, enhancing Ghana’s presence in the global space industry."
