3. AIEED Entrance Exam –
ARCH College of Design & Business administers this exam to all students interested in pursuing careers as designers. The examinations are divided into two phases - the GAT is the first level of the AIEED qualifying examination, and all candidates are required to take it. The second phase is the Creative Aptitude Test (CAT), which is administered three days following the GAT. Both phases are conducted online; however, the GAT is two hours exam, while the CAT lasts three hours.
4. SOFT Entrance exam –
OFT CET is an entrance examination for female students seeking admission to the School of Fashion Technology's (SOFT) undergraduate, graduate, and diploma programs in design. The institution collaborates with NIFT on technical matters.
5. DAT by MIT Pune –
The Design Aptitude Test (DAT) is a joint venture between the MIT Group of Institutions in Pune and Avantika University in Ujjain. Candidates who pass this entrance exam for fashion designing will be admitted to MIT Institute of Design (MIT-ID) or Avantika University based on their merit list. The exam schedule is available and students may fill out an application online. The admission procedure is overseen by the admission committee, which administers examinations in two stages: the DAT entrance exam and the studio test, followed by a personal interview.
