At the age of 19, under the guidance of Wendell Rodricks, Masaba participated in the Lakme Fashion Week held in Mumbai. As a result of this, her unique designs that changed the perspective of ethnic wear brought in a great response and Masaba received the 'Business Excellence; Innovation Best Practice' award from Dr. Manmohan Singh, India's then Prime Minister. In 2020, Masaba made her acting debut with a Netflix Originals series called Masaba Masaba.

2. Sabyasachi Mukherjee –
Among the few fashion designers who created tides almost immediately after entering the industry is, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Shortly after graduating from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in New Delhi, Sabyasachi Mukherjee established his brand name in 1999. Tarun Tahiliani moved to New York in 1991 to study fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Tarun Tahiliani is known for introducing and popularizing a blend of Indian artisanship and textile lineage. Ritu Beri is an Indian fashion designer who, in March 2002, became the chief of the Ready-to-Wear division of the French fashion house Jean-Louis Scherrer. After actresses Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri Dixit donned their designs in the popular Bollywood film Devdas (2002 Hindi film), her brand grew inextricably linked with the industry. Paithani, an ancient tapestry method that blends several threads of different colors and integrates gold and silver threads woven together to produce a dramatic piece of silk, is often used by Neeta Lulla.
